Heat treatment specifications:

A) homogenizing annealing: heating 475 ~ 490 ℃; insulation 12 ~ 14h; furnace cooling.

2) complete annealing: heating 350 ~ 400 ℃; with the effective thickness different, holding time 30 ~ 120min; to 30 ~ 50 ℃ / h speed with furnace cooling to 300 ℃, and then cooled.

3) rapid thermal annealing: heating 350 ~ 460 ℃; holding time 30 ~ 120min; air cooling.

4) quenching and aging: quenching 495 ~ 505 ℃, water; natural aging at room temperature for 96h.
